Adult Handstand, Strength & Flexibility
This class is designed for parents and adults who want to build strength, improve flexibility, and learn proper handstand technique in a safe and supportive environment. No prior gymnastics experience is required.
Participants will work through structured progressions focusing on core strength, upper-body conditioning, mobility, balance, and body control. All skills are scaled to meet individual ability levels, allowing athletes to progress at a comfortable and safe pace.
