COVID Policy

Due to the recent significant increase in COVID-19 cases, we are still going to tighten restrictions at the gym and ask that parents and guardians remain in your car during class. Weather permitting, you are welcome to bring a lawn chair and sit outside as well. Our goal is to keep our students and staff safe and healthy by minimizing the number of people inside the gym. We also encourage you to pay for classes via invoice/ online to decrease traffic in the gym. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to the day when we can all safely gather again.

As we stated in our last email, in light of the COVID situation, moving forward all existing members will need to log into the Tumble HQ enrollment portal: click here, where they will be prompted to re-agree to the new COVID policies in order to participate in classes. In addition, please take note of the bullets below and sign up for this week's classes using the link below so we can plan appropriately and keep class sizes at a safe level.

We are now temperature screening all students prior to the start of class. If your child has a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or above, they will not be allowed to participate. We ask that you please read the following safety reminder below:

Safety Reminders:

  • Please check your child’s temperature before bringing them to the gym. If they have a fever, please keep them home. We will make special arrangements for makeup classes when they are well.

  • If anyone in your house is showing symptoms of being ill (cough, runny nose, fever, chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell), please do not bring your child to the gym. Reach out to me and we will make special arrangements to make up classes.

  • If your child or anyone in your household has been in close contact with a confirmed COVID19 case in the past 2 weeks, please do not bring your child to the gym. Reach out to me and we will make special arrangements to make up classes.

  • To help facilitate safe distancing, we ask that parents remain outside the gym during class.

  • Students will enter through the single main entry door and exit out the double doors on the same side of the building as the donut shop.

  • Please follow posted instructions on how to prevent the spread of COVID including handwashing and social distancing instructions. Hand sanitizer is located at the front desk.

Important Notes:

  • If your child is not planning to resume classes in July, please let us know so we can freeze or remove your child from our class attendance until they are ready to resume.

  • If you are currently on auto-pay and would like to be removed from that option, please let us know as soon as possible so we can stop the draft in a timely fashion.

  • As we move into our summer schedule, please pay close attention to class days and start times as some have changed to accommodate for smaller class sizes. You can find the update on our tumblehq.com website and also on the link below.

  • Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we still intend to keep our class sizes small, so please click here so we can better track who and how many students will be attending any given class. Also, we have modified some regularly scheduled class days and start times as we transition into our new summer schedule. As of now, classes will return to the originally scheduled times in the fall.

As always, please reach out if you have any questions.  Take care.

Warm regards,

Tumble HQ
